Chris Christie Rooting for the Cowboys Last Night Was Awesome

NY PostChris Christie knows all about outrageous three-lane traffic snarls, so the New Jersey governor should be well prepared for the backlash he’s facing for backing the Cowboys over the Giants or Eagles — the two favorite teams of his constituents and the Cowboys’ sworn rivals.
Christie, the pivotal figure in the Bridgegate scandal and a long-rumored Republican presidential candidate for 2016, opened himself up to venom with a nationally televised appearance Sunday night in Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ suite at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field.
Christie — who has said his Dallas allegiance transcends politics and dates back to the Roger Staubach days — was seen gleefully high-fiving Jones during the Cowboys’ 38-27 victory.

I don't get what the big deal is here. The Cowboys are a popular team, they have a large fan base. They're "America's Team." Fans are gonna be in every state. What is he supposed to do? Root for the Eagles because the southern part of New Jersey has a decent sized Eagles fan base? And when the Eagles play the Giants, he's supposed to root for both? No, he's a fuckin Cowboys fan. He's gonna root for the Cowboys. My dad grew up in Jersey, and my grandpa was a Giants fan. But when he took my dad to a Giants vs Cowboys game when he was a little kid, my dad liked the Cowboys better. So he became a Cowboys fan. So, for that loser wondering how a guy from Jersey can be a Cowboys fan, that's how.

How bout that guy saying that if you're from Philly, if you vote for Christie you're a disgrace. Does that guy realize that he's the governor of NEW JERSEY and that Philadelphia is in PENNSYLVANIA? Don't really think his candidacy for president in 2016 is a lock quite yet so I still think this guy is a moron. Dude can't even figure out that Pennsylvanians can't vote in the New Jersey governor election.

And this was laugh out loud funny.
