An 18-year-old man was arrested after firing a BB gun at a person jogging in Middletown on Tuesday evening. A person jogging along Westlake Drive told police when an older Mercedes pulled up alongside the man around 7:30 p.m. The jogger told police that someone in the vehicle fired at him, but he was not hit by any rounds. The vehicle drove off after the shooting. The Mercedes was located a short time later and was pulled over by police.
Are you serious, bro? You were shooting a bebe gun at a jogger? Be softer, you can't. This dude claimed that he thought the guy robbed his house. K. Likely story. If you're gonna drive around shooting play guns out of a window, at least make it a paint ball gun so stuff looks cool when you shoot at it, 8 Mile style.
